By enrolling as a customer and/or availing credit facilities with Reality Building Materials Trading LLC, you (“Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
(a) “Supplier” means Reality Building Materials Trading LLC, its successors and assigns.
(b) “Customer” means the individual or entity enrolling on the website and/or purchasing materials from the Supplier.
(c) “Goods” means all building materials, items, or products supplied by the Supplier to the Customer.
(d) “Outstanding Amounts” means all sums owed by the Customer to the Supplier, including principal, interest, fees, bank charges, and legal costs.
(a) Grant of credit is at the sole discretion of the Supplier.
(b) The Supplier reserves the right to amend, suspend, reduce, or withdraw credit facilities at any time, without prior notice.
(c) The Customer agrees to provide updated trade license, ownership details, and contact information upon request.
(d) Credit approval is valid for one (1) year unless terminated earlier by the Supplier.
(a) Payments must be made strictly within the approved credit period from the invoice date.
(b) All payments shall be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) by cash, bank transfer, or cheque drawn on a UAE bank.
(c) The Supplier may require post-dated cheques (PDCs) or security cheques, which shall be held as a payment guarantee.
(d) Failure to submit required PDCs on the agreed date may result in the account being placed on HOLD.
(e) Any cheque returned unpaid shall constitute immediate default, and the Supplier reserves the right to initiate legal action under UAE law.
Notwithstanding any approved credit facility, the following materials shall not be supplied on credit and will require advance payment, unless otherwise approved in writing by management:
Upon written request and subject to management approval, a maximum of 7 days PDC on delivery may be considered.
(a) In case of delayed payments, dishonoured cheques, or non-compliance with agreed payment terms, the Supplier may, at its discretion:
(b) The Customer shall be liable for all collection charges, legal fees, and court costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts.
(c) All Outstanding Amounts shall become immediately due and payable upon default or credit cancellation.
(a) Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery or collection, whichever occurs first.
(b) The Supplier shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
(c) Delivery Order (DO) copies will be handed to the person receiving the material, who shall be responsible for submitting the DO to the Customer’s office.
(d) The Supplier will issue only soft copies of invoices, duly stamped, confirming delivery.
(e) Materials pending or not yet delivered shall not be included in the DO or invoiced. Invoices will be issued only after complete delivery.
(a) No Goods shall be returned without the Supplier’s prior written approval.
(b) Any claims for shortages, damages, or defects must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of delivery, failing which the Goods shall be deemed accepted.
The Supplier provides no warranties, express or implied, other than the manufacturer’s warranty (if any).
The Supplier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
(a) The Customer agrees to receive electronic invoices, notices, and communications via email or digital platforms.
(b) Electronic records maintained by the Supplier shall be deemed valid and binding.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
(a) Notices may be served in writing by hand, registered mail, or email.
(b) If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
(c) Failure by the Supplier to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
By enrolling on the website, submitting the Credit Application, or purchasing Goods, the Customer confirms that all provided information is true and correct and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
